In 2020 we launched our Global Race & Ethnicity Committee and in 2021 we launched our first African Ancestry Network ERG (Employee Resource Group) in the US. All-In ERGs are based in Mexico, Brazil and the UK, with dedicated leadership to drive efforts to Race, Ethnicity and Cultural dimensions.
The initiatives the Global Race & Ethnicity Committee focus on, include:
1. Leadership: Commitment and Accountability. Advocate for race equity, providing recommendation and supporting actions to grow Black and minoritized ethnic employee representation across all areas and levels at RX.
2. People: Developing Our Talent. Provide insights and support the development of formal programmes to increase representation of Black and minoritized ethnic employees at all levels, aiming at continuous professional development and advancement.
3. Community: Investing in Where We Live and Where We Host Our Events. Manage the $200,000 donation process every year, for a 5 year commitment started in 2020, in support of Black and minoritized ethnic educational and professional development opportunities that support a just and more equal society.We are committed to promoting a safe, supportive and inclusive work environment for all our RXers.
