What an amazing event! We loved having all of you join us for our flagship conference at the start of this Black History Month, in recognition that ‘Knowledge is Power’. A big thanks once again to our incredible hosts, Scarlette Douglas and Will Njobvu, and all of our trailblazing speakers and sponsors.
From start to finish, it was such an inspiring day. Whether you’re a Black professional or a supporting ally, we saw you come away full of new connections, fresh actionable insights, a sense of pride and confidence, professional opportunities and so much more.
We had 700+ of you attend in-person, with a further 817 attendees tuning in live on the day. Plus, the second conference day, which was focussed on a virtual careers fair, attracted hundreds of job seekers looking to interact and network with our 38 sponsors. We hope that you can use these takeaways to nurture your personal and professional development, and share them more widely with your companies to help raise awareness of the best diversity and inclusion practices.
And… what better way to celebrate BYP’s 6th birthday and our founder and CEO, Kike Oniwinde’s, own 30th birthday!
