On May 26, 2023, BYP Network completed part 2 of its inaugural US Leadership Summits, as part of our expansion plans for America. This second successful leg of our tour was held at the Hotel Colee in Atlanta, and was headline sponsored by multinational digital technology leader, Cisco.

The agenda built on the learnings from our New York summit, with fresh new topics and insights for our in-person and virtual guests. We covered pivotal subjects such as building relationship capital, bringing a seat to the table, breaking the racial wealth gap, strategies for turning your firm’s capital into a catalyst for meaningful change, AI and the importance of equity in technology, and more!

It was great to see so many Black professionals and corporate allies coming together once again for another vibrant and inspiring event. The summit helped our BY-Peers Atlanta community group to grow and blossom even further, and we are looking to open new BY-Peers chapter groups across key states. We were pleased to also be able to pass on over 250 resumes to Cisco for future employment opportunities.
