event at our London HQ – it was great to see so many people in our office and
connections being made, and was the perfect opportunity to introduce the two other
brilliant agencies we have acquired to form the Croud Group. Here’s a short overview of the agencies that make up the Croud Group.

VERB is the leading full-service performance and creative marketing agency,
servicing many of the world’s leading luxury and premium brands, including Flannels,
Bloomingdales and Calzedonia. A recent project included launching the Ritz London’s Christmas campaign for 2022!
Founded in 2012, Born Social provides specialist strategy, creative, media, management and influencer services to social-first brands such as Nando’s, Guinness, Primark and Uber. They are the minds behind viral moments such as the Vax spaghetti hoovering moment, and bringing your Gran to Nandos…
These acquisitions have expanded Croud’s capabilities, and by combining luxury and
social expertise with our international scale via the Croudie network, we are able to
better serve clients in the luxury sector and social spaces.
As our Founder and CEO Luke Smith says, “there’s no such thing as a great agency,
