Zendesk started to collaborate with BYP in the summer 2020 through our recruiting team. We leveraged BYP by posting Zendesk jobs to their recruiting website, and participated in multiple BYP events (last one brought 120 leads to our recruiting team which was fabulous!). We also launched a mentorship program with 18 Zendesk mentors mentoring BYP members.

Every single BYP employee I have had the chance to collaborate with has truly been able to develop strong relationships with us and deliver to very high standards.

It’s been a pleasure working with BYP over the last 6 months, their commitment to connect and amplify black professionals is inspiring. At Capco we have worked closely with, our dedicated Account Manager and the BYP team in the short time we’ve worked together we have had several applicants from the recent career fair in February, with 22 currently in process and 1 hired!

BYP’s support and guidance to ensure we are getting the most from their job board and the career fair has been invaluable and we are extremely proud to be a corporate partner and sponsor of their network.

FARFETCH has worked with BYP for the last 12 months, in this time we have co-created some fantastic content, hosted a webinar, and hired candidates from the BYP job board.
