The BYP Network
Equip your workforce with the skills to attract, retain & engage Black Talent.
Why a Black Experience course?
We’re standing up to the disproportionate inequities faced by Black people in the workplace. With no Black leader in top roles within FTSE 100 companies*, it’s critical that businesses commit to and invest in action that accelerates changes. However, it’s essential to have more than just an awareness of the issues and challenges present in creating truly diverse and inclusive organisations – we need to take action. That’s where the Black Experience Course comes in.
What to expect
Unconscious bias training just isn’t enough. Make a change with the BYP Black Experience Course, packed with trainer-led videos, written articles, downloadable guides and mini-podcasts. Discover how to attract, engage and retain Black talent whilst opening up the conversation on the Black experience.
What people say about the course
Who it’s for
Our content is built for anyone responsible for hiring, onboarding or managing people. This includes people managers, team leads, L&D teams, HR teams, senior and executive leaders, and anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of the Black experience in the workplace.
What they’ll learn
With 70% of ethnic minority workers having experienced racial harassment at work, we’re here to make a change. Educate your business on the challenges, discrimination and issues that Black people in the workplace can face and open up the conversation on the Black experience. Arm yourself with the knowledge and tools to help treat your Black employees the right way.
We’re here to connect Black professionals to each other, job opportunities, events & more. Founded after 2016’s BLM protests, CEO Kike Oniwinde created BYP Network in an endeavour to harness and elevate the status of the Black professional, shatter misconceptions of the Black narrative and promote equity in the professional sphere.
