Lauren Dike (she/her/hers) is a certified DEI practitioner who has been in the field since 2020.  After spending over 10 years in corporate America (and understanding how it feels to be the only woman and Black person in the room) she was inspired and deeply motivated to make workplaces more inclusive for historically marginalized employees. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, non profits, and various industries to create impactful DEI strategies that ensure equity and inclusion are fully operationalized to support diverse representation.  Understanding that Black people (women specifically) are still the most marginalized demographic in our workplaces, she seeks to grow and foster Black talent through hosting networking, mentorship, and educational events  with BYP
