Kike Oniwinde Agoro, is the Founder and CEO of BYP Network, a platform that connects black professionals to each other and corporations. She is a BSc Economics graduate of The University of Nottingham, University of Florida MSc scholar, and an ex-Great Britain javelin thrower.

After gaining work experience in investment banking, Kike then worked in Business Development at a fast-growing financial technology for two years because she realised ‘tech is the future’. Her motivation for starting BYP Network was to “change the Black narrative” and the platform has since grown to over 150,000 members and over 1000 corporate clients including Facebook, Burberry and Goldman Sachs. BYP members have been upskilled through mentorship, thought-leadership events and industry specific insight along with an enhanced network. 

Kike is a Forbes 30 under 30, Maserati Top 100 Most Innovative Founders and a Computer Weekly UK Top 50 woman in Technology. She is on the board of the London Chambers of Commerce Black Business Association, Getting on Boards and is a London Tech Ambassador. Kike is a proud wife and mother to her daughter, Yetunde, who was named after her mum that passed away 7 months before her birth.

Will Njobvu is a TV & radio broadcaster who hosts radio shows on Capital XTRA and regularly works with ITV. He started off his career working behind the scenes as a freelance broadcast journalist and producer with ITN & Sky News. He eventually worked his way in front of camera when he started co-hosting on Channel 5’s flagship morning show Jeremy Vine. He then went on to present ITV2’s entertainment news bulletin FYI Daily.

In 2021, Will hosted The Masked Singer UK’s first companion show Unmasked for ITV2 & ITV Hub. He also occasionally hosts the Entertainment News slot on ITV’s Good Morning Britain.

Will is also regularly booked to appear as a celebrity guest on various entertainment panel chat shows including Love Island Aftersun on ITV2, The Apprentice: You’re Fired on BBC Two and more.

 

Courtney Daniella Boateng and Renée Kapuku, Co-Founders of To My Sisters

Courtney Daniella Boateng and Renee Kapuku are two women on a mission – to see women win. The two women are the co-founders and co-hosts of To My Sisters, a leading community-powered women’s organisation and fastest-growing sisterhood. Starting as a hit podcast in 2020, TMS has since blossomed into a truly global community of young, enterprising and self-aware women with a mandate to change their lives. Bisi Akins is a Presenter, Voice Over Artist and Social Entrepreneur. She is also the Founder of All Things Africa. Marilyn Chinwenwa Okoro is a British track and field athlete.  She finished third in the 800 metres at both the 2007 and 2008 IAAF World Athletics Final. She was  on the bronze winning 4 × 400 m relay at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics and the  Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.  

Marilyn is the Program Lead for the New to Career function at Equinix, the world’s leading data infrastructure company. Marilyn is also a Public speaker, Life Coach and Mentor and champion of women and girls. Driving change in professional sport and athlete welfare she founded a podcast  series called Detach the Stigma. Marilyn is also an ACGP governance practitioner.  

Marilyn grew up in Northwest London Stonebridge Park one of the most vibrant yet deprived boroughs in London. Marilyn took up running aged 10 when she attended Abbots Hill, a boarding school in Hertfordshire. As a keen lacrosse, tennis and netball player, Marilyn believes that her diverse background in sport is reflected in her versatility in athletics. Whilst she specialises in the  800m, she is also competitive in the 400m and 1500m.  

She also attended Stowe School, Buckinghamshire, and on 26 June 2007 graduated from the  University of Bath with a B.A. degree in Politics and French, then starting her first season as a full-time athlete. Once at Bath University Marilyn chose to specialise in Athletics. Here was where much of her early global success in track began, captaining the team and winning an 800m Bronze Medal at the World Student Games in 2005. The following year she was selected to represent  England at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia.  

Marilyn went on to represent the Great Britain and Northern Ireland or the England team for 9  consecutive years. Highlights to date include a World Championship Bronze, European Bronze and  Silver and Olympic Medallist.  

Joe Manning, Partner -Deal Advisory at KPMG

Joe is a husband, a dad to three and a Manchester United season ticket holder.  He joined KPMG in 2014 as a Manager in the Major Projects Advisory (MPA) practice and was promoted to Partner in 2022.  Prior to KPMG Joe worked for one of the UK’s largest tier one infrastructure contractors for 6 years as a Quantity Surveyor.  Joe’s role at KPMG involves helping public and private sector clients to deliver their big, complex capital infrastructure projects with more certainty. The team of 10 that Joe joined in 2014 is now 100+.

Essi has been with KPMG for 7 years and is a Director in the Financial Services Transfer Pricing team. A financial controller by background, Essi changed career after her first 4 years of employment to become a transfer pricing specialist, having discovered and enjoyed this field, and has worked both in-house and as a consultant. As part of her role at KPMG, she leads large global documentation and implementation projects for clients mainly in the Insurance, Banking and Asset Management sectors. Essi is passionate about mentoring, education, women empowerment, promoting an equitable culture in the workplace and society for ethnic minorities, as well as food security initiatives. She is active in various KPMG IDE initiatives, supporting the BLAP or Women in FS mentoring programmes for example. She also sits on the firm’s BH Steering Group, leading the Leadership & Accountability pillar.

Rhoda Ejiga is a Director in KPMG’s regulatory consulting practice. She has over 15 years experience in the Financial Services sector particularly with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. Prior to joining KPMG in 2016, Rhoda worked for two global investment banks, JPMorgan and Barclays.

Pamela Moore is an experienced Human Resources Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the luxury retail industry and most recently Technology. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Retail, Sales, Communication, and English. Strong human resources professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in International Business from Kingston University.

Dom Scott, Managing Director, Lifetime Connect
Dom Scott is the managing director of a UK wide personal finance services business, who is naturally driven to deliver high business quality standards. He is also a board member of 360 DotNet, a leading technology provider. 

As an avid believer in supporting the next generation, he is a board trustee of Making the Leap, one of the largest Social Mobility charities in the UK. Kenny Imafidon is an entrepreneur, author, and social commentator. He is the co founder & Managing Director of ClearView Research, an agency that specialises in research, strategy, and engagement projects focused on diverse and underrepresented communities. In 2022 he was featured in Forbes’ annual 30 under 30  list for Social Impact.  

Kenny has worked on projects across the world, with global brands, international charities, and large philanthropic foundations, such as Uber, Deliveroo, Starbucks,  Tinder, Twitter, Wellcome Trust, and UNICEF UK.

Ifeoma Nembhardt – Technical Systems Engineering Leader: Development, Data Insights & Integrations at Cisco

With over 15 years of dedicated service at Cisco, Ifeoma Nembhardt brings a wealth  of experience to the table. Her professional journey spans leadership roles in  Program, Product, Service management and Engineering, specialising in  applications and solutions within Cisco’s IT organisation. Presently, she leads  Development, Data Science and Integration Governance teams, focusing on  facilitating connections, automation, and delivering forward-looking insights into the  future of work and Cisco’s Hybrid Workplace. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Ifeoma is a fervent advocate for diversity,  innovation, and nurturing young talent in the tech industry. She is a founding  member of ‘Your Future, Your Ambition (YFYA)’, and has spearheaded a number of  talent development and innovation programs both internally and external to Cisco.  

Outside of her career, Ifeoma is the Founder of the Prostate Cancer Black Men  Charity and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Coach. She is  married, blessed with 3 children, and loves reading, long walks, spending time with  loved ones and being creative.

Karl Kiarie is a Managing Principal based in the London office and has been at Capco since September 2021. His career experience to date experience over 20 years working in strategic and delivery roles in Banking, Capital Markets, Life and Pensions sectors, with a particular focus on portfolio management, programme delivery, performance improvement, programme assurance and recovery. His time at Capco has been focused on managing the delivery of keystone Regulatory Change and Transformation projects in a range of Financial Services institutions across multiple geographies in EMEA, APAC and the Americas.  In his role as part of the Capco UK Business Consulting Leadership, Karl also runs the Go To Market Strategy capability which acts as the “hub” interlinking market hot topics and Capco offerings in the UK Financial Services market. Anne Alabi: Executive Assistant and BEN Lead at Farfetch

I have worked in the Fashion and Entertainment industry for over 16 years, working as an Executive Assistant and Celeb Stylist. I have worked for the likes of the BBC, Universal Music, Burberry, and Farfetch to name a few. I have also styled the likes of Rita Ora, Take That, Sigma, Kelly Rowland and Nikki Minaj. During my career the one thing that has always brought me joy is inspiring people to be the best version of themselves, whether it was bringing out someone’s confidence through their clothes or leading a team and being the emotional support for my senior leaders and their teams. I am also a public speaker and a mentor to young creatives, and I am also a Non Executive Director for a company called AMTYouth Programme which supports young black 16-18 year olds achieve work experience in creative companies. I believe the youth is our future and we must guide them and give them all the tools they need to make it in this world.

Mahari Hay: Director – Lending, Trade & Working Capital | BOLD Network Co-chair at Lloyds Bank

Mahari is a highly experienced people focused leader with over 18 years’ experience in the Financial Services Sector. Samuel Kasumu is an award-winning social entrepreneur, commentator, and strategist. Until his resignation in April 2021, Samuel Kasumu was the most senior Black advisor in government and served as Special Advisor to Boris Johnson on the Civil Society and Communities brief. His work included leading on the cross-government vaccine deployment, and while under former Prime Minister Theresa May he was a member of the Race Disparity Audit Advisory Board.

Samuel is the founder of Inclusive Boards, an executive headhunting firm specialising in non-executive board appointments across sectors. Samuel has been involved in setting up and growing a number of initiatives to support the progression of Briton’s black and minority ethnic population, including a student network connecting peers with employers and a campaign that supported over 8000 start-up businesses.        

He has won numerous awards for his work including Barclays Business Enterprise Award, the CBI’s Young Star of Enterprise Award, and Entrepreneur Champion of the Year. The Power of the Outsider is his first book.

Simba Rwambiwa is the Managing Director of Palmlove Care Services, boasting over a decade of experience in the Health and Social Care industry. His journey commenced as a compassionate caregiver and steadily ascended through the ranks, exemplifying his dedication and commitment to the field.

In 2020, amidst the pandemic, she then established NT Media, a social media marketing and branding agency. And then in 2023, went on to launch her own online clothing brand: The Power Wear Collection. A luxury women’s line designed to make women feel empowered both inside and out.

Nissy Tee has collaborated with a range of esteemed brands like the BBC, Amazon, Dell Technologies, Coca-Cola, and Costa Coffee which has further solidified her influence in the industry.

Des joined RX Global as Global Information Security Manager in 2013, and is responsible for the security strategy, operations, and governance of RX, ensuring the protection of its data, assets, and customers. Des was recently named among the UK’s top cybersecurity leaders by CSO Online and has over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity. He resides in Harrow, UK, husband to a loving wife, and motivated to be a better person than the previous day. 

 

Gaby is globally responsible for RX’s digital products, which use data and technology to connect buyers and sellers at RX’s trade shows so that they can build their businesses. She is also chair of RX’s global gender equity initiative, and the senior non-executive director on the board of LSL plc, one of the UK’s leading providers of B2B property services. She is passionate about participation in sport and dance music and has two children.

 

Milton is the Senior Director of Innovation & Development for the Americas, and leads a team of web designers, developers and other innovators across Brazil, Mexico, and the US. He is focused on driving innovation in ways that exponentially enhance the experience of customers who attend and exhibit at RX’s business-to-business and business-to-consumer conferences and exhibitions.

Jeffrey joined RX Global in late-2021, as the covid pandemic was coming to an end. The entirety of his career has been in data & analytics (D&A). He leads a function that is dedicated entirely to making D&A a core factor for decision making, especially in digital products such as show websites. Jeffrey grew up in Leyton in East London and is of Ghanaian heritage.

Estelle is a Business Psychologist and member of the British Psychological Society and Association of Business Psychology. She has over five years of experience in designing and delivering award-winning, innovative assessment processes for world-leading organisations ranging from our nation favourite retailers and Big Four firms to our national police force. The most meaningful aspect of her role is driving transformational change within people and their world of work, alongside unlocking their greatest potential.

Lucy has worked in Inclusion and Diversity for the last 10 years. Prior to joining SHL, she led the inclusion agenda for the Commercial Banking division of Lloyds Banking Group. She is passionate about making a difference for colleagues, and the benefits that a truly inclusive organization can bring. Outside of work, Lucy is supporting her local parish council to design more accessible and inclusive play areas, based on her experience with her son Vincenzo, who is disabled. Lucy is also a mom to Connie and the chairwoman of her local netball team.
