Mentorship Programme

Companies are not just providing mentorship, but also have exciting career opportunities available. As a BYP member you’ll be the first one to know about them.

As you are now matched to a mentor you will be required to dedicate at least 1 hour per month over a period of 6 months to the mentoring sessions. Additional sessions can be mutually agreed upon with your mentor. Please access thew resources above before starting
your journey!

Whilst the mentee gains knowledge and builds on skills during the programme, the mentor gains leadership experience and gets to pass along best practices.
