BYP Network stood out to us for a variety of reasons, from a practical standpoint it allows us to target an audience of professionals in the UK. a market we are still actively growing brand awareness in, But not only that – the way BYP works with their talented community is very powerful and mirrors the way we prefer to engage with candidates.
We leveraged BYP by posting Zendesk jobs to their recruiting website, and participated in multiple BYP events (last one brought 120 leads to our recruiting team which was fabulous). We also launched a mentorship program with 18 Zendesk mentors mentoring BYP members.
