Meet The Panel Speakers

Henrietta is a Portfolio Construction Advisory and Research Senior Analyst at Fidelity International. The PCAR team works closely with Portfolio Managers, CIOs and clients across all asset classes with portfolio construction solutions and communication of key portfolio risk. She also leads PCAR sustainability initiatives and key strategic projects.
Henrietta joined Fidelity in August 2018 to assist the Head of Portfolio Construction & Risk to establish the team within Investment Management. Henrietta is a mentor with BYP & the University of Westminster. She is a co-lead of Fidelity’s Black Professionals Network and a member of the Investment Management Diversity Working Group.

Leon Dale Headley, Programme director -Sustainability
Leon Dale Headley is Programme Director of the Corporate Sustainability Team based in London. The team focuses on the development of FIL’s Corporate Sustainability footprint which includes the organisation’s carbon footprint, but also supporting the firm’s D&I initiatives as well as employee workplace-giving and a number of other topics surrounding corporate sustainability. Dale is responsible for the design and build of the firm’s operating model for the global reporting obligations related to sustainability.
Dale joined Fidelity in May 2021 in the Change team focussing on Strategic Change programmes for the firm’s Institutional arm. Prior to joining Fidelity, Dale worked for multiple consulting and financial services organisations including JP Morgan, Barclays and KPMG. Dale holds a an MBA in General Management from Hult International Business School, and has lived and worked internationally for most of his career, starting in New York City, migrating to London and spending a year in Hong Kong during the 2008 financial crisis.

Susan is an award-winning digital employee experience (DEX) professional, with over 25 years’ experience using technology creatively to get the most for employees and clients. With a focus and aim to make work tasks simple and communications relevant, especially important for the hybrid working world. Susan has successfully led small scale digital upgrades to complex digital transformation projects.
