In this event we will hear from Carol Ndlovu, Medical Director of general practice organisation DocTap and wellness entrepreneur, as we explore her move from the NHS to private practice, leadership & self-development journey, and experiences of business within the healthcare industry.

Speakers

Dr Carol Ndlovu is an experienced private general practitioner & the Medical Director (Covid Services) at DocTap, based in London. She has undergone further training in occupational medicine and women’s health. She also has experience in anti-ageing, skin health and rejuvenation, having previously set up her own aesthetic clinic.

Thelma is a General Practitioner in the NHS, Mentor for trainee GPs, and General Medical Council Associate. She is passionate about medical education empowering ethnic minorities. With an additional qualification in International Health, Thelma has an interest in bridging health care inequalities in marginalised populations in the UK. She is also the Deputy Chief Activator for BY-Peers Healthcare. Through her role with BYP she aims to meet other professionals with diverse roles within healthcare and develop her career in other areas.
