Siobhan has been working in the social impact space for 9 years and is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Multiverse. Siobhan joined Multiverse in 2018 when the team was 40 people in London and has been part of the company’s extraordinary growth, now at 500+ employees and 5000+ apprentice and alumni across the UK & US. DEI is at the heart of the Multiverse mission and Siobhan works with every department across the global business to embed DEI within Multiverse – from Recruitment to Product, Tech, Coaching & Curriculum.
Additionally, Siobhan has been recognised in the 100 Champion for Change Awards issued by the British Interactive Media Association and won the 2021 GV Champion of Change Award.
Chichi is an award-winning Business Coach and Head of Leadership Development at Multiverse.
She started her career in Finance, before moving into Business Strategy where she helped founders and start-ups build their brands online through digital marketing and coaching. Today she is passionate about developing leaders and giving them the tools to build inclusive, diverse teams at scale.
Chichi is a published author and has written for publications such as The Guardian and Huffington Post. She is also a regular event speaker and features on several podcasts.
Korey McCants is a Talent Manager at Multiverse and has led the charge on Coach Hiring in the US since July 2021. Our Coach roles are critical to ensuring we can deliver programs that help apprentices reach their dreams and he takes pride in ensuring a fair, equitable, and rigorous process to find top talent for our team.
Prior to Multiverse, he spent 10 years in education working as both a Science Teacher and STEM Academic Dean. You can find him on weekends running marathons all over the world.
