Our hosts Capco will be giving you insights about the world of consulting and you’ll hear from a panel of employees on their journeys into financial services consulting, challenges and skills they’ve been able to build along the way.

Meet The Panellists
Iruka Brown has 15 years of consulting experience in strategic risk and technology transformation at major financial institutions. She is focused on working through challenges related to climate risk management, platform renovation, target operating model design, and regulatory compliance within enterprise cross-functional programs. Her style is to engage clients in a partnership project delivery model and structure delivery teams for success.
Sam is Managing Principal in Capco’s RISC Practice and brings 18+ years of Management Consulting and Financial Services industry experience. In his current role, Sam is responsible for overseeing the RISC tech team and is also leads large remediation projects executed through Management Services. Before joining Capco, Sam launched the U.S. office for Headlink Partners, a boutique Capital Markets consulting firm and prior to that Sam was a Senior Manager at Wavestone (formerly KSA) where he led risk and regulatory compliance consulting engagements for some of the largest Foreign Banking Organizations. Prior to consulting, Sam started his professional career at Merrill Lynch. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pace University and previously held FINRA Series 7 and 63 qualifications.
Imane Abba-Kaka is a Consultant that has been with Capco for over 3 years. Imane works with different entities in the business to ensure a safe transition back into the office and to identify crucial elements that are necessary in a day-to-day. Outside of client work, Imane is passionate about working in a diverse workplace, so she is heavily involved in Capco’s Black@Capco and Inclusion@Capco affinity group initiatives through her planning of events and collaboration with different groups.
Felix is a Senior Consultant in the Capital Markets domain and has been with Capco for 5 years. He has extensive project management and business analysis experience in Compliance. He joined Capco in 2017 after 6 years in industry, where he gained extensive experience in mortgage banking originations and default, and spent several years supporting the AML/KYC practice.
