Meet our Facilitator
Otunba Pradeep Pahalwani

Otunba Pradeep Pahalwani is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with over 32 years of experience in Nigeria. He is also an Entrepreneurship Coach and has been conferred the title of Otunba Atunluse of Jogaland, Ogun State. Fluent in ‘Pidgin English’, he is the MD of Securisk Insurance Brokers Nigeria Limited with branches in India, Canada, and Ghana.
In addition, Otunba Pahalwani is involved in various organizations and initiatives. He is the co-founder of Caring Community Creators, a foundation that carries out community-based charity work. He is also a Director at the Nigerian-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries (NICCI).
Otunba Pahalwani holds a Masters degree (EMBA) from the prestigious LBS and has undergone executive educations at IESE (Spain), IIM-Banglore (India), and Harvard Business School. He is a resource person on Marketing, Customer Service, and Entrepreneurship for various institutions and a keynote speaker and panelist. Additionally, he is on the advisory board of Poise Graduate Finishing Academy and is its Patron. He is also a faculty member at the Africa Franchise Institute (AFI) and a certified ‘Train the Trainer’ by CMD (Centre for Management Development).
Otunba Pahalwani is actively involved in various professional and social organizations. He is the Past President of Lighthouse Toastmasters, Lagos, and the Vice President of IPF (Indian Professionals Forum) EXCO. He also serves as the Vice President of LBS Alumni EMBA16 class and is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD). He has held various positions at Ikoyi Club 1938.
Outside of work, Otunba Pahalwani enjoys badminton, reading, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and stand-up comedy. He is married with one son who has a Sports Business Management startup company. Otunba Pahalwani is passionate about completing his book soon and pursuing a doctorate in Entrepreneurship Studies.
