Meet the Speakers

Nolitha Morare – Consultant
Nolitha joined BCG as a Consultant in February 2022. With a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings a unique perspective to her consulting work. Prior to joining BCG, Nolitha was a senior clinical fellow in Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant surgery at the prestigious Royal Free London Hospital (NHS). She is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons (England) and holds a Diploma in HIV medicine (CMSA). In addition to her professional work, Nolitha is also a dedicated committee member for ERAS4OLT, a global initiative dedicated to developing evidence-based guidelines for enhanced recovery in Liver Transplantation. With over 14 international publications in the fields of General and HPB Surgery, Nolitha is a recognized expert in her field.

John Egbe – Consultant
John joined BCG as a Consultant in January 2023. John holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, and two Masters in Geoscience Engineering and Petroleum Engineering. Prior to joining BCG John had a successful 9 year career leading highly successful teams in the oil and gas industry across 4 continents. Since joining BCG John has spent his time working on a case developing an end to end transformation strategy for a crude oil and natural gas producer.

Bayo Olowabi – Principal
Bayo joined BCG in January 2019 and is currently a Principal. Bayo holds an MBA degree from the University of Oxford, and engineering degrees from the universities of Cambridge and Lagos. At BCG, he is mainly focused on climate change and the energy transition covering topics such as decarbonisation solutions and carbon markets. Prior to BCG he worked in a variety of operational roles in the oil and gas sector, leading high-performing teams to solve tough problems in challenging situations – whether that was delivering world-class performance on an offshore exploration campaign or winning competitive multi-million dollar tenders.

Reni Onafeko – Consultant
Reni joined BCG in November 2019 and is currently a Consultant. Prior to joining BCG, she spent 4 years with the Investment Advisory team at Arup where she completed buy and sell side due diligence projects across the energy and infrastructure space. Reni holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics. Some of her recent BCG experience includes multiple commercial due diligence projects in Healthcare, Data services, Tourism, Chemicals etc, developing a post-merger corporate strategy for leading UK&I Gaming company and an M&A target scan for global pharmaceutical company.

Oyinkan Adejuyigbe – Associate
Oyinkan joined BCG as an Associate in March 2022 after completing her Economics degree at the University of Warwick. During her time at BCG, she has been involved in our Consumer, Public Sector and Technology, Media and Telecoms teams. She has worked on a range of topics including Metaverse, Digital, and PMIs. She is also involved in the Versed Network (a new global BCG Metaverse Network) and served as a mentor for a Rwandan start-up through the Grow Movement platform. Before joining BCG, she completed internships in tech, Private Equity and Investment Banking. Most notably, Oyinkan served as Product Strategy Lead at a pre-seed African tech start-up and is a certified ScrumMaster with experience using JIRA, Google Analytics and SQL.
