Speakers

Jessica Ali, Business Support Associate, Regulatory and Cross Markets Strategic Initiatives

Jessica is a Christian, daughter, sister, friend, lover of music and food. Over the past 6 years, she has used her personal and professional experiences to help people (including herself) understand what they bring to the table and how they can develop and maximize that in a career. She did this in her capacity as Graduate Recruiter and Diversity Attraction and Sourcing Manager covering support functions at Bank of America and as a Career Officer at Ashesi University in Ghana. She studied Management Information Systems at University and is currently studying for a diploma in Interior Design at the British Academy of Interior Design. In a previous life, she was a host of a children’s rights and development radio show in Ghana, and would love to get back into radio hosting/podcasting in the near future. All her personality tests show she is highly introverted but most people think otherwise

Lara Oyesanya –  Group General Counsel, Company SAyo Ajaja, Director, Global Markets Capital and Funding

Ayo has been at Bank of America (BofA) for 13 years, starting out as an intern in New York. He studied Electrical Engineering and Finance at the University of Central Florida in the United States. Ayo is also the co-chair of the Multicultural Leadership Network at BofA.  In his spare time, Ayo enjoys spending time with his family, playing football and reading classic literature.
