Meet the speakers:
Anselm currently serves as a Director at Checkout.com, sitting in the MENA region. He is a collaborative and passionate leader with over seven years of fintech experience in leading teams spanning various functions in Operations.
Before working at Checkout, Anselm started his career in a high-growth fintech lender iwoca where he was responsible for developing the early stages of the customer journey. From there, Anselm went on to work for HSBC as a Consultant in anticipation of Brexit.
Anselm’s academic background is in Law, graduating from the University of Warwick with an LLB.
Jay is an Experience Designer who leads design by example and drives innovation through UX methodologies and experimentation. He is currently Director of UX Design at Seera, the largest travel group in the MENA region, managing the user experience for several of their travel brands. Formally, Jay was Head of Design at Metro Bank, and a Lead Experience Designer at Momondo Group and Sopra-Steria, where he created user experiences for some of the most diverse user groups worldwide and crafted unique user experiences on the largest digital transformation projects in Europe.
